Angela has spent the last 10 year educating future massage therapists, and the last 14 years providing massage services to clients. She has obtained a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance with a Concentration in Exercise and Sports Science, a diploma in Massage Therapy, and an Assoiciates of Applied Science for Physical Therapist Assistant. Angela’s passion for massage and physical rehabilitation led her to want to share that with future massage therapists, so after 3 years of being a licensed massage therapist she began her career as an educator.  Angela brings her experience from working with the NBA Grizzlies, MTSU athletes, physical therapy clinics, spas/clinics and out call services into the classroom to show students all the potential that is available to them in their new career.

Nancy has a strong background history working in the healthcare field for 9 years which included home and hospital settings.  After a move to San Antonio, TX  she later attended The Academy for Massage Therapy and Training Graduating in 2007. Since 2008, she has lived in the Nashville Tennessee area. She has been a practicing LMT  since 2007 with additional training in Oncology Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, and Hot Stone Massage. She truly enjoys her job and has been with NSMT since 2014.  She loves being a part of the educational team and working with up and coming massage therapists.

Twelve years ago, as a new graduate of Elon University, Christy set off to the big city of Chicago to begin a new endeavor in the corporate world. Realizing quickly this was not the career she was yearning for, she stumbled across a massage therapy class from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy. She has never looked back. Christy completed the Clinical Massage Program and has been in the massage industry since 2005, maintaining her passion throughout. Making the recent transition into education, Christy is excited to share her knowledge, enthusiasm and profound love of massage with our students. Christy’s “spare time” is dedicated to spending time with her family.

Jill Robertson

Clinic Coordinator/Instructor

Jill has worked in the massage therapy industry for 15 years.  Her passions is obvious to anyone that knows her.  Jill has spent her career dedicated to her clients.  Jill has worked in various forms of massage and brings her talents to NSMT specializing in medical massage.  Jill loves working with the students in the student intern clinic and is passionate about helping them obtain their goals.  

K.C. Schellhammer

K.C. Schellhammer

Night Instructor

K.C. graduated from Southeastern Institute in 2010. After becoming licensed he continued his education in neuromuscular therapy, Cupping, orthopedic massage, and reflexology. In 2018 he found his passion in education. He is currently working toward a degree in Medical laboratory science to further research the effects of massage therapy on the body and its processes and bring more science to the field of massage.
